Pricing is based on length and thickness of hair so that we can accurately determine how much product is needed to successfully perform your service. New clients will be contacted for a phone consult prior to appointment request acceptance so I can make sure enough time is available.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows for 24 hour notice to reschedule your appointment. If you are within that 24 hour period you will be subject to up to 50% of the service cost. No shows are subject to 100% of the service cost. Please understand that even with a 24 hour notice it is difficult to fill the space you held with someone else which means 100% loss of income for that time which is why we ask for as much notice as possible of your need to change your appointment. We understand that unexpected emergencies arise and we appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
